About the role
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN provides quality nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities
- Makes independent decisions when necessary
- Delivers competent nursing care
- Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active licensure in the applicable state
- CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already current)
- At least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred
Benefits
We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $5,000 for part-time positions.

Hours are flexible and determined based on department needs.
