Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN provides quality nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.
