About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain patient care records and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Ensure effective care delivery.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Active licensure in the applicable state.
- CPR certification.
- Prior experience preferred, including at least one year in skilled nursing.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in skilled nursing.
