- Identifying resident issues and emergency situations, initiating lifesaving measures when necessary.
- Providing holistic care within the scope of LPN licensure.
- Monitoring medication, medical supplies, and equipment inventory to ensure availability.
- Completing administrative tasks such as medical documentation, reports, and charting.
- Reporting occupational exposures following facility policies.
Qualifications
- Valid, current state LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
