Join our healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Provide quality nursing care to patients, supporting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.Monitor and report patient condition changes, ensuring timely communication within the interdisciplinary team.Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) daily.Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program and hold an active LPN license in the applicable state.Preferred to have at least one year of skilled nursing experience.CPR certification required upon hire and must be maintained current.Demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent care, and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
