About the role
Seeking a dedicated LPN to provide patient care across various facilities such as medical offices, assisted living, hospitals, and schools, under the supervision of RNs.
Responsibilities
- Taking vitals
- Conducting assessments
- Documenting progress
- Assisting with physician’s orders
- Administering medications
- Operating medical equipment
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver quality care
- Reporting patient changes effectively
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active LPN license in the state with good standing
- Minimum of 1 year LPN experience in a medical setting
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- Compassionate, good communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
