About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality patient care in a collaborative environment. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN will monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, instruct, and supervise CNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
