Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
• Provide care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
• Ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude
