Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Peregrine Senior Living at Clifton Park in Clifton Park, NY. We are a leading provider of senior memory care committed to providing exceptional care and supervision to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
- Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
- Assist in monitoring medication programs
- Dispense medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
- Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies
Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
- Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required
Pay & schedule
$25.50 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience. Full Time or Part Time – Overnight Shift (11:00pm–7:00am). Shift differential available for evenings, nights and weekends.
