Responsibilities
- Maintain and document patient vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Keep accurate patient records and medical charts
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Requirements
- Current LPN license in PACP
- PN certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Compassionate and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Nursing experience is preferred but not required
