Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain patient condition and needs
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Follow narcotic policies and procedures
- Monitor for side effects and report changes
- Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure care plans are followed
- Admit and discharge residents, along with associated assessments and paperwork
Qualifications
- Kansas Board of Nursing licensed LPN
- CPR certified
- Confidentiality maintained and HIPAA regulations complied with
- Experience in mental health, medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required
- Trustworthy and respectful of others
- Dependable, professional, and a team player
- Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with seniors

Work Schedule
This full-time health care position works a 12-hour shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, with rotating weekends.
