Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing quality patient care to support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The LPN monitors and reports patient condition changes, assigns duties, and offers clinical supervision to CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards
• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state
• Preferably, one year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification required; must be maintained during employment
• Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate excellent customer service with a positive attitude
