Responsibilities
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Assisting with patient care routines such as bathing, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Maintaining patient records and documentation
- Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to supervising staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license
- One year of relevant healthcare experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
