Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
About the role
Nora Springs Care Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses, LPNs to join their team. The position offers flexible scheduling options including 1st shift part-time, full-time, and 12-hour shifts, as well as 2nd shift part-time, full-time, and PRN (Per Request Notified).
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments.
- Lead as a team member.
- Advocate for residents' needs and comfort.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement: Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license.
- Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but not required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
