Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We are seeking a part-time, four-day-a-week Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for a baby boy. The baby has a NG-tube for nutrition and will need his pulse ox checked sporadically throughout the day. All ADLS will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage medications according to the patient's care plan
• Provide specialized care for a baby boy with specific dietary needs
• Ensure all ADLS are provided as needed

Requirements

• Valid Nursing License in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of working experience within the last five years preferred
• Homecare experience preferred
• Current CPR Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
