Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.

About the Role

Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 6-month-old girl with a neuromuscular disorder. The patient is gtube dependent for nutrition. This is a meaningful opportunity to utilize clinical skills in a home setting.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $29.00/HR
• Hours: Monday-Fridays 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Nights and weekends available
