Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides holistic care to residents in a compassionate manner.
• Assists with daily living activities as needed.
• Administers medications as directed by a physician.
• Monitors resident health and reports significant changes to supervising nurses.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR certification.

Pay

• $29.00-$32.75 per hour, based on experience.
• Shift Differential for PM or NOC Shifts.
• Eligible for Sign On Bonus.
