Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We offer a continuum of care including assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults.

Responsibilities

- Provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. - Works with residents to promote overall health and wellness.

Requirements

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin. - Active CPR.

Qualifications

- Passionate about working with older adults. - Enjoy taking the initiative in service of others. - Interested in providing holistic care that comes from the heart.

Skills

- Strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$30.00-$32.75 per hour. Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts.

Schedule

Full-time, Part-time or Casual positions available. AM, PM or NOC shifts available.
