Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The role involves delivering quality nursing care to patients, monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions, and providing clinical supervision and instruction to CNAs. The LPN must assess patient needs, ensure compliance with laws and standards, and support patients in achieving optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
