Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role and Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs. Collaborate with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver consistent, confident care in the child's home. Ensure safety and adherence to CDC guidelines, utilizing PPE and following detailed care plans. Maintain communication through an employee portal, request shifts, earn rewards, and stay connected with the team. Offer support via 24/7 on-call clinical assistance and ongoing training opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Valid Delaware or Multistate LPN license, current physical, TB test, BLS CPR card, and valid driver's license. Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care preferred.
