Responsibilities
- Collect resident admission information and record health details, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
- Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
