About the role
Support plasma center operations as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse).
Responsibilities
- Determine donor eligibility via medical history, physical exams, and lab reviews
- Manage donor adverse events and emergencies following SOPs
- Support vaccination programs
- Evaluate employee incidents
- Collaborate with Center Manager, Center Physician, and Medical Affairs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed/certified as LPN or LVN
- CPR and AED certified
- Trained in IV therapy
- At least two years in a clinical or hospital setting
- Knowledge of plasma collection regulations and safety protocols
