Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

About the role

Full-time position with a Monday–Friday day shift. No nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical expertise and ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, instructing patients on sample/test collection, and obtaining vitals
• Notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments; provide medication and treatment instructions
• Manage patient records, including chart entries and posting lab/test and examination results
• Schedule tests and treatments, arrange specialist referrals, and obtain pre-authorizations as directed by the provider

Requirements

• A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing is required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred
• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse following state regulations
