Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with attention to detail and compassion.
- Customize care to meet each resident’s unique needs, ensuring the best outcomes.
- Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.
- Maintain precise medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations.
- Protect patient privacy in line with HIPAA standards.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required—we welcome eager, dedicated professionals.
- Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
