Job Summary
Livingston Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently taking applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Essential Functions
- Supervises nursing care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
- Maintains standards of professional nursing practice
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Required: Current licensure in the state of employment
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation

Pay
Base Wage Range: $32 - $35.50 + Qualifying Shift Differentials!
Schedule
Available Shifts: Days: 6AM – 6PM
Nights: 6PM – 6AM
Shift Differentials
Night Shift (6PM – 6AM): +$2.25/hr

About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who can provide supervision of nursing care to residents, comply with state and federal regulations, work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team, and maintain standards of professional nursing practice. The ideal candidate should have a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current licensure in the state of employment, and demonstrate knowledge of the nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
