Responsibilities

• Care for residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to supervising nurses.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.

Requirements

• Idaho Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• New graduates welcome, comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship provided.
