Job Overview
Ebenezer is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus in East Bloomington, MN. This position provides skilled nursing care and supports the facility’s mission.

Martin Luther Care Center is a part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus, offering 137 units across Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Memory Care, and Transitional Care. The facility is managed by Ebenezer and has been recognized as one of the top nursing homes and transitional care centers by US News and World Reports for the past two years.
Responsibilities
- Implements practitioners' orders and assists with medications and supplies
- Operates medical equipment and charts nursing practices
- Lifts and transfers residents as needed
- Initiates emergency treatment as necessary
- Maintains records of resident health status and communicates changes to relevant personnel
- Supports RNs by completing resident assessments, service agreements, and care plans
Requirements
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Comfortable working independently and communicating effectively
- Preferred previous healthcare experience
Qualifications
- Comfortable using computers, handheld devices, phones, and fax machines

Pay
Compensation within the posted range may vary based on various factors including skills, knowledge, education, experience, and market conditions. The maximum of the range is not typically offered. If eligible, a sign-on bonus may be available.
Schedule
The nursing schedule includes 16 hours every two weeks, rotating between Day shifts and Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
