Responsibilities
- Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the Health Plan Partnerships patient population
- Navigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care
- Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses
- Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team
- Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
- Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion
- Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Rhode Island State LPN license
- Valid Driver’s License (for at least 2 years) and an acceptable driving record
- Active and current American Heart Association BLS
- Phlebotomy experience
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
- Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience, preferred
- Clinical work experience with pediatrics, preferred
- Fluently bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
