Responsibilities

- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise CNAs.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- CPR certification (must be current).
- Ability to make independent decisions and deliver quality care.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
