About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Collecting admission information and recording residents' health details, including vital signs.
- Administering medications and injections as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
