Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in alignment with physician orders and resident care plans
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document any changes or concerns accurately
• Work closely with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and effective care
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options:
  • Full-time on 3-11p & 11-7a shifts
  • Part-time on 7-3p, 3-11p, & 11-7a shifts
  • Per diem on all shifts
• Shift differential offered on 3-11p & 11-7a shifts
