Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report patient condition changes
• Assign duties to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs
• Promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN/LVN license
• CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing experience (preferred)
