Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the Role

Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care, working closely with RNs and clinical leadership to support children with skilled nursing needs. This role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships, following clear care plans, and ensuring safety and confidence in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care in the child's home environment
• Coordinate with RNs and clinical team for care plans
• Maintain safety protocols, including PPE use and CDC guidelines
• Utilize the Employee Portal to manage shifts and access resources
• Support patient and family education and comfort

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN or Multistate license
• Recent physical exam, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent care
