Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer one-on-one care, focusing on patient relationships and receiving support from a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Provide stable, supportive, and impactful care in a child's life

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Skilled in providing one-on-one pediatric care

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
