Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can focus on one-on-one care in the home setting. This role involves supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while collaborating with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Support patients with their medical needs
• Collaborate with families to ensure patient care goals are met

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives
