Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. This role offers stability, support, and the ability to make a real difference in a child's life.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
- Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric care
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
