About the role
Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can focus on one-on-one care in the home. This role involves supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while collaborating with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric care
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
