About the role

In this role, you'll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. You'll provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Skilled in providing one-on-one care
• Proficient in managing pediatric patients' needs
• Effective communicator
