About the role
Pediatric home health nursing at Care Options for Kids is uniquely designed to offer focused, one-on-one care. You’ll provide skilled nursing support to pediatric patients while collaborating with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
- Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
- Deliver care with confidence and consistency
- Value meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and support availability
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
