Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Boost Home Healthcare makes it easier for patients to focus on recovery and wellness by providing world-class care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a key role in administering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing care plan for each patient.
• Provide nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventative procedures as assigned.
• Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.
• Observe signs and symptoms and report to the physician and RN reactions to treatments, including drugs and changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.
• Teach and counsel the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient at home.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of observations, treatments, and care of patients.

Requirements

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• Graduate of an approved school of practical (vocational) nursing.
• Licensed practical (vocational) nurse in the state of job posting.
• Minimum of one (1) year as an LVN in the Home Health Care Setting.
• Current BLS Certification.
