About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join our Butler County Skilled Nursing team. We provide high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

You will travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. We offer extensive paid training to ensure you feel comfortable and competent on your first shift.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to client homes on a self-selected schedule
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Perform client assessments and monitor conditions
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications

  • Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • MAR-WPA certification

Schedule

  • Morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
  • 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (full shift work)
  • PRN, part-time, or full-time hours
  • No weekend or minimum hour requirements
