Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents as per the nursing plan of care.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Administer medications as ordered by a physician.
- Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Previous Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
