Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Joplin, a premier resident-focused care provider in Joplin, MO.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Conducting resident assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Missouri
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in long-term care or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and supplies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

$12.50 - $13.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications
