Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator dependence in a home setting. Collaborate with RNs and clinical leadership to deliver consistent, confident care, supporting children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow clear plans of care and ensure safety protocols
• Utilize PPE in compliance with CDC guidelines
• Use the employee portal to manage shifts, access support, and stay connected with the team

Requirements

• Valid NJ LPN or Multistate License
• Recent physical exam and PPD/Chest X-ray
• BLS CPR card (in-person)
• Driver's license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
