Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Anthem Memory Care is seeking full-time and part-time nurses who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those with memory loss. Open shifts include 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, and 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am.

Responsibilities

• Assessing residents and guiding their care with intention
• Administering medications and treatments safely and confidently
• Leading and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Resident Assistants
• Partnering with families (because they matter too)
• Responding to real-time needs with both skill and heart
• Bringing energy to our Pathways of Purpose program because engagement is everything

Requirements

• Active nursing license
• CPR / First Aid certification
• A team-first mindset

Qualifications

Senior living experience is great, but not required.
