As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- The ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
