- Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical exam within the past year
- Past PPD or QuantiFERON test or chest X-ray if previously positive
