Responsibilities
- Delivering compassionate nursing care to patients to support their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Monitoring and reporting patient condition changes
- Assigning duties, instructing, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active licensure in the applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) and maintained during employment
Skills & Attributes
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Knowledgeable in delivering quality nursing care
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards patients
