About the role

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing.
• Participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates the provision of resident care according to the care plans.

Requirements

• Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
