Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We are seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As an LPN, you will work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, while communicating with the care team, the patient, and their family.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits and provide routine care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
